Tracking & carriers
We purchase shipping labels through Shopify and use trusted carriers (including UPS and other carrier partners). Tracking is provided when available and will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Customs, duties & taxes (USA orders)
For shipments to the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing may occasionally delay delivery.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dina-magnets.com with your order number and photos of the package and item, and we’ll make it right.
Digital products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
