Refund policy

Overview
Because most of our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order (damage, defect, or wrong item), we will make it right.

Custom / Personalized Items (Final Sale)
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items (including Custom Photo Magnets) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, incorrect photo upload, incorrect personalization details provided by the customer, or ordering the wrong quantity/size.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item (We Will Remake/Replace)
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer a free remake or replacement (no need to return the item in most cases).

To request a remake/replacement, email us at info@dina-magnets.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (and the shipping label if possible)

If a remake/replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

No Returns Without Contacting Us First
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is required in a rare case, we will provide instructions.

Order Cancellations / Changes
Custom orders go into production quickly. You may request a cancellation or change within 12 hours after placing the order. After production begins, we may not be able to cancel or change your order.

Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
All digital products are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.

Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, but your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
